Complete Final Submittal by Friday, May 29, 11:59 pm

  • Log back into this site to fill out the final submittal for project(s) you previously entered.
  • Once logged in, go to My Applications (left column) → Needs Attention.

Virtual Judging Presentations: June 23-25

  • Like the last several years, there will be no in-person project tours. Instead, each project will have 20 minutes for a Zoom presentation to five judges.
  • All presenters will receive a meeting request from NAIOP staff with the Zoom meeting link no later than June 5.

Optional: Final Photography by Friday, August 7

  • If you have taken new photos since the final submittal deadline in May, you may re-submit photography to be used at the event and in promotions.
  • If you submit two or more new photos, please label which image is the "main view."
  • Email NAIOP with your new photos by August 7.
