Final Submittal (Step 2)

Required Info:

  • Project summary (100 words or less)
  • Project team members and additional project details
  • Written descriptions (75 words or less for each topic) of your project's:
    • Development, function and design
    • Architectural integrity
    • Market feasibility and success
    • Unique challenges
    • Sustainable attributes (new construction projects only)
    • Describe the repositioning/renovation process (repositioned/renovated projects only)
  • Presentation Contacts - EXTREMELY IMPORTANT
    • Main contact: Provide the name, email and phone number for the main contact for your presentation.
    • Additional team members: Provide email address(es) for up to three (3) additional individuals participating in the presentation.
    • Login instructions for the Zoom presentation will be sent directly to each team member listed.
  • High-res project photos*, including:
    • A main view. (This is the image that will be printed and mounted on a plaque should your project win. This must be a minimum of 300 dpi in jpg, tif or eps format.)
    • Up to nine (9) additional views of the project, which can include a site plan, floor plan(s), interior and exterior photos. These can be in jpg, tif, eps or pdf format.
    • Repositioned/Renovated category only: Include a “Before” main view. This can be in jpg, tif, eps or pdf format.

* OPTIONAL: If you will be taking new photos after the final submittal deadline, you may re-submit photography to be used at the event and in promotions. Email new photos to info@naiopmn.org by Friday, August 4.

(If you do not send new photos, NAIOP will use the ones originally included in the final submittal.)
